The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following characteristics:
Specialist experience and knowledge in systems engineering with at least 10 years of industrial experience of challenging projects in embedded and electronics systems
Significant delivery experience, typically involving leadership of major project teams with a minimum of 30 engineers
Strong pre-sales experience, including proposal production
Proven international experience
Experience or interest in at least one of the following areas: Automotive
Aerospace & Defence
Consumer electronics
Medical devices
Utilities & Energy
Ability to develop lasting relationships with clients and technology partners at senior level
Fluent in English with additional knowledge of German, Mandarin Chinese or Italian would be highly advantageous
