Well I can only talk about Capgemini Portugal and for the time period that I worked there. Very stressed work, very diversified but also rewarding. I did like very much working at Capgemini.

You learn very fast and have lots of opportunities to have more responsibility, so your professional development is also very fast.
However, there is not a good management of the employees career objectives. There are many vacations restrictions and the wages are low.

Aspetos importantes a melhorar são claramente o nível de qualidade de vida do colaborador e não esquecer ainda de atribuir um salário justo é proporcional à importância e quantidade de trabalhado que é imposto.
