I learned that team working is essential and not everyone can work at the same pace, and not everyone picks up the tasks as quick as everyone else, the work is repetitive so having a bit of banter with your work mates helps the shift go by quicker,
I had very little contact with the management apart from when I was working on the late shift within the hygiene team, he was very approachable and made me feel welcome,
The culture within the factory at times is difficult to cope with because of all the different nationalities who at times do not get on with each other,
The hardest part of the job is having to change shifts from 6-2 to 2-10 then back again on a weekly basis I preferred the later shift,
The most enjoyable part of the job was learning new skills the Pro sealer, learning some basics about chemicals with the hygiene team on the night shift.
