Bom apenas para jovens a procura do primeiro emprego. Contratam a maioria dos colaboradores a part time mas depois colocam a fazer horas extras q são calculadas a partir do ordenado base de part time que é extremamente baixo (ronda os 200€). Não há perspectiva de progressão, é daquelas lojas que fazem o colaborador desarrumar o que está arrumado.

É uma empresa que apresenta boa renumeração e tem um sentimento de grupo e cooperação muito grande. A longo prazo não é uma boa empresa a considerar uma vez que a possibilidade de efetividade e promoção é muito pequena.

It was given me an opportunity to manage a team for a few weeks wich I think it's not an easy think to achieve if you are beginner employee with less than one year experience on Retail and for that I was very grateful because a lot of trust was required from the higher managers to give me that standard on the company.

Was my first job, my aunt get me that job, because I was having problems with money on the family, so hi apply to get some money and help my family. When I start it wasn't that easy I didn't get that much experience, but when I start they teach me everything in short term and I learn everything. I liked working there that was like my second home, they helped me grow up and improve my skills.

Era part-time , trabalhava apenas 4 horas por dia mas nesse curto espaço de tempo sentia me á vontade no meu trablho com grande apoio dos colegas e grande espirito de equipa. Sentia isso dos mais velhos e tentava sempre passar isso para os mais novos que entravam .

A typical day at work for me its a day when you start doing your job, everything its ok you have nothing missing for you to work you have all the equipment, you know what you going to do, a good day of work its when you finish your shift and you know you did everything you have to do.
With my previous jobs i learn lots of things, they were different so i learn a little bit of everything how to be with a costumer, i learn lots of rules of health and safety, i learn how to open and close a cash machine, i learn in witch job erything i need to the end of the day i have my job done.
Obviously that with a good team everything its easier, for me have a good team, good peers its very important.
The hardest part of the job its the first days, when we dont know what we really have to do the things or where are they but everything gets better with the time and the best part of course its because we always learn new things, new staff.
