In this role, you have the opportunity to

Bring your marketing expertise to an innovative product portfolio in a challenging environment. You will be at the heart of the organization’s transformation and new business strategies to expend Philips’ and our customers’ market.

You are responsible for

Optimize sales, visibility and profitability through category planning, forecasting, promotion strategy, budget management, implementation and control.
Lead and drive the follow-up and closing of major actions through business development
Meet personal targets within the full line of products, combination of products or total solutions.
Continuously analyze the market with regards to opportunities and projects which are relevant for Philips
Supporter of the planned actions in the SO and alignment with KAM.
Has to support in convincing the distributors to participate in the use of tools and to participate in the trade marketing programs.
Forecasting and Business Planning, effective pipeline management
Reporting on Market Share results

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Business development and Trade Shopper Marketing experience in Consumer Electronics/FMCG or Pharma
Proven Trade Shopper Marketing experience within the Consumer Business
Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
Very strong communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English. Spanish is a Plus.
Ability to understand, work and develop financial and market share data
Proficient in Ms Office tools, PowerPoint and Excel
